Galilee Memorial Gardens is no longer in state receivership. The property is abandoned; however Davidson County Chancery Court Judge Ellen Hobbs Lyle has Ordered the following:

The cemetery is full.

No further burials may occur in Galilee Memorial Gardens because it is full.

No disinterment, exhumations, or other disturbances of a person’s final resting place may occur.

The gates shall remain open at all times

Future maintenance and upkeep will be limited to the earnings provided by the Perpetual Care Fund

The Trustee of the Perpetual Care Fund is Commercial Bank and Trust of Paris, Tennessee

Maintenance of the cemetery will be provided by Red & Blue LLC 901-331-1975
